They rejoiced when the waves grew quiet. Then he guided them to the harbor they longed for.
We hope being a student at SRU (Slippery Rock University) will be one of the best experiences of your life. Being a part of Gateway can help you stay connected, grounded, and joyful during your college years. Join the Harbor, Gateway’s Christian college ministry on campus, and find your people— the friends you’ll go to dinner with at midnight, the ones you’ll talk to until 3 AM about TV show theories, philosophy, and the best MTO’s at Sheetz, just like college students should! Join us on Sunday mornings and be part of a church family that includes students, professionals, families, kids, and everyone in between. You, an SRU student, are welcome in all parts of Gateway.
10:30 AM In The Student Center
Grab a ride or walk on over to our service at the Student Center. Meet up with our Director of College Ministry, Brendon, while you're at it. Shoot us a message below if you need help with a ride, directions, or getting connected
Before and After Service
Since we are a mobile church, there are lots of opportunities and needs for you to serve. We want to help you use your unique gifts to give back. Find time to volunteer for tech, clean up, or working with kids! Let us know you are interested.
Wednesday at 8:30pm in Student Center
The Harbor meets every Wednesday on the third floor of the Slippery Rock University Student Center (opposite the ballroom side). Join us every Wednesday during the semester for fellowship, snacks, and a student led small group bible study. It is a great time for anyone, regardless of faith, to explore and ask questions about life. Bring a friend or roommate and come have fun with us!
Gateway night is a community night. The full family of the church is present for a meal and learning together. Enjoy a home cooked meal, sit with families, kids, GCC and SRU students as we eat and grow as a church body. Feel free to serve too, with our kids, kitchen ministry, and other Gateway Night needs.
